Purpose

Welcome to my blog. I love history and facts and the world in general from basic everyday knowledge to the past wars to modern criminal actions to bizarre facts to science discoveries. 

I have always been a history buff or one who looks at the past and all it’s horror and drama induced glory. I am a huge fan of the Civil War, World War 2 and American History also I love the history of the human origin. I find the evolution of the human being fascinating and amazing on how we formed the basis of what and who we as a living being became.

A true past time is finding out random useless knowledge. Facts that really you can live with out but if you know them it's all the more fun.

I suppose I love history in all things, I enjoy on how the universe formed and the planets became. I enjoy knowing the very star dust of the big bang still runs in my blood and your blood. I love the history of families and the ordeals and the struggles of lifestyles.

I find family trees the most fascinating of history because it’s a personal history. I for one look at my family past and know I came from a Civil War solider of the past and also the mix of slavery blood runs through my veins which gives me goose bumps of giddy type feelings of knowing I have confederate blood running through me and also that horrible stain on history the inhuman reality toward the African‘s that were made into slaves. I find that most amazing to be able to be apart of history that way.

I seek out history and I love to research the wonder of where we have been and where we are going. We can learn from the past for without the past we are nothing. History repeats itself, sadly sometimes for the worse. I love all aspects of history the good and the bad.  

This is a blog for me to express just my love for random facts, knowledge and my love of history. From the golden days of Baseball History to the massive blood shed of wars to the silly facts that make no sense but are true. From book reviews in criminal history modern and old to a believe it or not setting where everything revealed is real. From my many journeys to historical spots, battlefields, history markers, famous graves. If its apart of history in anyway then I will look at it, read about it, and consume it into my brain of thought and also to share it with you.

My family or my friends or people around me sadly do not share that feeling of the past as something great or more or less don’t pay attention to the reality of who we are and where we came from or how earth formed. So I have always felt alone in my ordeal of my passionate love for history and the makeup of culture and all it’s wonderful stories of the past and of the present.

So I find this new blog a little way to adventure into my love of the past. Dig deep into my love of history from Dinosaurs to Genghis Khan to Medieval Warfare to Modern Warfare to just about anything that can be learned about, from one minute in the past is history. So I hope you enjoy this little blog that I hope to explore with many journeys into the past, into information and to exploration and the beauty of earth and all it's amazing facts. From Book Reviews, To Historical Information to Famous Graves and Spots that are apart of History to countless others things my history buff mind lingers into.
